An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $110,000.00 from the Historic Preservation Fund and donating the same to Knox Heritage for its Vintage Properties Fund to focus on historic preservation work in the Fort Sanders neighborhood.(Requested by Community Development Department)
