A Resolution approving the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to East End Spirits, Inc. d/b/a East End Liquor Shoppe relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission to renew its license to operate a liquor store in the City. (Requested by Finance Department)
