Execute agreement for Walter P. Taylor Homes site infrastructure and demolition
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation for Phase III Site Infrastructure improvements at the Walter P. Taylor Homes site, along McConnell Street, Kenner Avenue, and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, and the Phase IV demolition and hazardous material abatement, along McConnell Street, Bethel Avenue, and S. Olive Street as part of the Five Points Revitalization Project in an amount not to exceed $3,452,825.00(Requested by Community Development Department)
