Accept proposal for excess workers' compensation insurance from Midwest Casualty

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company to provide excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a two-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll that is currently estimated to be $170,007.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
