Amend definition of "vehicle" and add definition of "bicycle"
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 20, Article I, Section 20-52 of the Knoxville City Code to revise the definition of "vehicle" and to add a new definition of "bicycle" for clarification.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
On August 28, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend definition of "vehicle" and add definition of "bicycle"” by a vote of 9–0.
