Authorize development agreement for Knoxville Science Museum

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a development agreement with Knoxville Science Museum, Inc. and the Clayton Family Foundation to purchase and develop certain real property located on or near 800 Howard Baker, Jr. Avenue and 0 East Hill Avenue so as to construct a state-of-the-art, world class, educational science center known as the Knoxville Science Museum.
