Apply for TWRA grant to replace Vol Navy Dock

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency in the amount of $400,000.00, for the purpose of funding the replacement of the Vol Navy Dock, with a 25% required local match. (Requested by Finance Department)
