Authorize license agreement with MCImetro (Verizon) for fiber optic network

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a license agreement with MCImetro Access Transmission Services Corp. d/b/a Verizon Access Transmission Services for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating and using a fiber optic telecommunications network within a specified portion of the City of Knoxville's public rights-of-way for telecommunications services, subject to certain terms, conditions, and limitations.
