Authorize application for TDOT grant for KAT radio system replacement

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant award from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $285,000.00 to Knoxville Area Transit for 2019 IMPROVE Act Grant Assistance, with a City match of up to $95,000.00, to purchase a replacement radio system for KAT.
