Deny appeal regarding Use on Review for ECG Acquisitions, LLC.

A Resolution approving an appeal by Pond Gap Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. of the Metropolitan Planning Commission's approval of a Use on Review filed by ECG Acquisitions, LLC, property located on the west side of Hollywood Road, south of I-40/I-75.

On November 20, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Deny appeal regarding Use on Review for ECG Acquisitions, LLC.” by a vote of 9–0.
