A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Knoxville all documents necessary to transfer to Knoxville's Housing Development Corporation several parcels of real property located on Clifton Road, Sanderson Road, and Chillicothe Street, at no cost, for the development of affordable rental housing for seniors.
