A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award $1,200,000.00 in Affordable Rental Development Funds to Knoxville’s Housing Development Corporation for the development of fifty-three affordable housing units for low-income seniors, to be located on Clifton Road and Chillicothe Street.
