Emergency ordinance adopting 2018 International Swimming Pool & Spa Code.
An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6 of the Knoxville City Code by repealing Article IID in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new Article IID, §§ 6-55 and 6-56, adopting the 2018 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code as the Swimming Pool and Spa Code of the City of Knoxville, regulating the construction, alteration, movement, renovation, replacement, repair and maintenance of aquatic recreation facilities, pools and spas in the City of Knoxville; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and providing penalties for the violation of said Swimming Pool and Spa Code.
