Emergency ordinance adopting 2018 International Plumbing Code.
An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article V, §§ 6-106 and 6-107 of the Knoxville City Code adopting the 2018 edition of the International Plumbing Code and Appendices B, C, D, and E, with amendments as provided in this Ordinance, as the Plumbing Code of the City of Knoxville, regulating the installation, alteration, and maintenance of plumbing systems within the City of Knoxville; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; providing for the licensing of persons engaging in the business of installing, repairing or maintaining said plumbing systems; and providing penalties for the violation of said Plumbing Code.
