Emergency ordinance adopting 2018 International Building Code.
An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article II, §§ 6-31 and 6-32 of the Knoxville City Code adopting the 2018 edition of the International Building Code, including Appendix D with amendments as provided in this Ordinance, as the Building Code of the City of Knoxville, regulating the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of structures within the City of Knoxville, providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore, and providing penalties for the violation of said Building Code.
