Emergency ordinance adopting 2018 International Energy Conservation Code.

An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article IIB, §§ 6-51 and 6-52 of the Knoxville City Code adopting the 2018 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code as the Energy Conservation Code of the City of Knoxville, regulating energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems in the City of Knoxville; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and providing penalties for the violation of said Energy Conservation Code.
