Refer BZA appeal regarding 7621 Kingston Pike interstate proximity back to BZA

A Resolution approving an appeal of John Shirley, by Arthur Seymour, Jr., to refer the appeal of the Board of Zoning Appeals' ("BZA") denial of determination of the Chief Building Official that 7621 Kingston Pike is not considered adjacent to the interstate, back to BZA for a hearing by the full membership of BZA, Elizabeth Eason, Applicant (BZA file No. 7-M-18-VA) BZA denied 2-2.
