A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Encroachment Agreement with Ergon Terminaling, Inc. to permit a barge mooring cell in the Tennessee River along the shore of 3209 Island Home Avenue which is part of Ijams Nature Center.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
