A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for easements by purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 43 tracts of real property for the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project for an amount not to exceed $815,000.00.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
