Designate EMA funds as a special revenue fund

An ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 9, Article II, § 9-31, to designate the funds of the Emergency Management Agency as a special revenue fund. (Requested by Finance Department)

On January 15, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Designate EMA funds as a special revenue fund” by a vote of 9–0.
