A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for easements by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within four tracts of real property for the Palmetto Road Sidewalk Project for a total amount not to exceed $23,000.00.
