Enact 180-day moratorium on shared mobility vehicles

An Emergency Ordinance enacting a moratorium of one hundred eighty (180) days beginning on February 9, 2019 until and through August 8, 2019 upon shared mobility vehicles within the City of Knoxville with the exception of those shared mobility vehicle provider(s) operating in accordance with and authorized by the City’s pilot program.
