An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,200.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the North Knoxville Business and Professional Association to be utilized toward the Uptown North Broadway Bash event.(Requested by Councilmembers Roberto, Rider, Campen, McKenzie, and Stair)
