An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,300.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Bike Walk Tennessee serving as fiscal agent on behalf of the Sutherland Avenue Open Streets Knoxville event.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Welch, Roberto, Rider, Campen, McKenzie, and Stair)
