Appropriate $8,300 from Community Improvement Fund to Metro Drug Coalition

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $8,300.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Metro Drug Coalition to be utilized toward recovery housing.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Welch, Roberto, Singh-Perez, Rider, Campen, McKenzie and Stair)
