Authorize conveyance of property at 542 Tipton Avenue via quitclaim deed
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to convey property, including a quitclaim deed to Thomas Wade Shehan, for one parcel of property located at 542 Tipton Avenue, Parcel ID No: 109-GG-011, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $50,100.00. (Requested by Department of Community Development)
