Acquire property for Liberty Street Multimodal Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple and for easements by purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 15 tracts of real property as part of the Liberty Street Multimodal Project for a total amount not to exceed $250,000.00. (Requested by Department of Engineering)
