Agreement with TDOT for Asheville Hwy, E Magnolia Ave, Rutledge Pike interchange study

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation to conduct a study of the Asheville Highway, East Magnolia Avenue, and Rutledge Pike interchange for a total cost of $250,000.00 with TDOT funding $200,000.00 and the City funding $50,000.00.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering Department)
