Amend City Code to authorize adoption of official city seal and logo
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 1 of the Knoxville City Code to add an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to formally adopt any seal, insignia, coat of arms, emblem, sign, logo or other visual image for use by the City and its departments, boards and agencies.(Requested by Law Department)
On April 9, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code to authorize adoption of official city seal and logo” by a vote of 9–0.
