Appropriate $1,000 for Boy Scouts of America

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Great Smoky Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Inc. to be utilized toward the 2019 Friends of Scouting campaign. (Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Roberto, Rider, Campen, and McKenzie)
