An Ordinance approving the request of Sheazad Jiwani for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District, Fort Sanders Neighborhood Special District 16 (MU-CC16) to Neighborhood Commercial for property located on the southeast side of Forest Avenue, east side of 22nd Street and north of Highland Avenue.
