Appropriate $1,750 to Youth Outreach for STEM training camp

An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,750.00 from the Save Our Sons fund and donating same to Youth Outreach in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math to provide transportation for East Knoxville youth to participate in a training camp at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. (Requested by Office of Community Relations)
