Appropriate $10,000 to Harmony Family Center for Freedom Schools
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $10,000.00 from the Save Our Sons Budget and donating same to the Harmony Family Center as fiscal agent for East Tennessee Freedom Schools to host summer enrichment programs for Knox County students.(Requested by Office of Community Relations)
