Convey property at 2400 Washington Ave to Lloyd Edward Owens
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to convey property, including a quitclaim deed, to Lloyd Edward Owens for one parcel of property located at 2400 Washington Avenue, Parcel ID No: 082-JR-001, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $10,000.00. (Requested by Community Development Department)
