Amend Volkert Inc. contract for Merchant Dr/Clinton Hwy intersection
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend Contract No. C-18-0058 with Volkert, Inc. for the Merchant Drive and Clinton Highway Intersection Improvements Project, increasing the contract amount by $61,433.74 for a new contract total of $367,457.24 and extending the date of completion to June 28, 2019. (Requested by Department of Engineering)
