A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Charles Blalock & Sons, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $3,317,355.40 for the construction of the Knoxville Urban Wilderness Gateway Park Infrastructure.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
