Accept $39,017 from Knox County for KFD HazMat equipment

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Knoxville Fire Department with Knox County to accept $39,017.00 as a subrecipient of the 2017 and 2018 Homeland Security Grant in order to purchase HazMat protective equipment, gas detectors and a mobile repeater.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
