Amend City Code for orderly site development permits
An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 22.5, Article II, Sections 22.5-20 and 22.5-34, to improve the orderly issuance of site development permits.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On May 21, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code for orderly site development permits” by a vote of 9–0.
