A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to convey property, including a quitclaim deed, to Aplos Home, LLC for two parcels of property located at 3738 and 3740 Speedway Circle, Parcel ID Nos. 082-DD-030 and 081-DD-031, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $6,000.00.(Requested by Department of Community Development)
