Apply for and accept Bullet Proof Vest Partnership Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant from the U. S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bullet Proof Vest Partnership Grant, with a required local match of 50%, for a total grant amount of $12,000.00, for the purchase of bullet-resistant vests for fifteen Knoxville law enforcement officers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
