Emergency Ordinance appropriating $1,000 for East Knoxville neighborhood supper.
An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to East Tennessee Community Design Center serving as fiscal agent on behalf of Town Hall East, Inc. Neighborhood Association to be utilized toward an East Knoxville neighborhood gathering supper. (Requested by Councilmembers Roberto, Rider, McKenzie, and Stair)
