A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a Termination Agreement and Bill of Sale with FLS Solar 60, LLC to transfer ownership of solar photovoltaic panels and related assets to the City for a cost not to exceed $40,000.00.(Requested by Office of Sustainability)
