An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 5, Article I, Section 5-9, to grant discretion to the Animal Control Board to waive the ban on animal races in certain instances.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
On September 10, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance granting discretion to Animal Control Board on animal race ban.” by a vote of 9–0.
