An Ordinance to close a portion of the unnamed alley between Maryville Pike and the unnamed right-of-way at the rear lot line of Lot 13 on City Ward Map 25, 237 Maryville Pike, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Ian Adamski, Applicant. On January 14, 2020, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley between Maryville Pike and rear lot line of Lot 13” by a vote of 9–0.
