Authorize Mayor to execute lease agreement with Thrive Lonsdale for a community center

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement with SOAR Youth Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Thrive Lonsdale for lease of a portion of the property located at 1212 New York Avenue for use as a community center.(Requested by Finance Department)

On January 28, 2020, “Authorize Mayor to execute lease agreement with Thrive Lonsdale for a community center” was withdrawn before the City of Knoxville, TN City Council without a final vote.
