A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with ECG Moss Grove SLP, LLC to award an amount not to exceed $950,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of thirty-two affordable housing units for low-income households, to be located at 265 and 266 Moss Grove Boulevard.(Requested by Community Development Department)
