Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept grant for Apprentice Mechanic program funding

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency in the amount of $11,680.00, with a required match by the City in the amount of $11,680.00, for the purpose of funding an improved Apprentice Mechanic program. (Requested by Fleet Services)
