Acquire property for Palmetto Rd Phase 2/Sullivan Rd Sidewalk Project.
d. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within 18 tracts of real property as part of the Palmetto Road Phase 2 and Sullivan Road Sidewalk Project for a total amount not to exceed $160,000.00.
