Amend R-238-2015 regarding PILOT assignment for 1132 N 6th Ave.

o. A Resolution to amend Resolution No. R-238-2015 which authorized the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from The Courtland Group, LLC payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to property located at 1132 North Sixth Avenue so as to allow assignment of its interest in the PILOT to Patricia Nash Designs, Inc., or its assigns as the PILOT lessee.
