A Resolution respectfully requesting the City administration to consider and allocate emergency funding for certain programs to assist Knoxvillians and to also assess all current taxes, fees, penalties and tax deadlines.(Requested by Councilmember Parker)

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0

Motion to amend the resolution to substitute the word "evaluate" for "assess" wherever it occurred in the resolution.
